Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
*Please note: Furniture and Lighting are not eligible for return. If you have received Furniture or Lighting from our store that is defective or damaged, please contact us directly as soon as possible at 229-344-7554 or email us at lesli@juteandpalm.com.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
*Please note: Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange your item from Jute & Palm rather than receiving a refund, please contact us at lesli@juteandpalm.com and specify the reason you’d like to exchange your item. For example, if you need a different color, size, or you noticed a defect, please note this in your email.
Once we receive your request, we will ask that you return the item within 30 days of receiving the original product in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
When we receive your item and an inspection is completed and approved for an exchange, we will immediately send your new item to your preferred address.
The Jute & Palm Promise
Because we are a small business, we carefully pick out every product we choose to sell to you. If a product does not meet your expectations for any reason, we will happily exchange it for you or issue a refund within a reasonable time frame.
If you are shopping with us during a holiday season, please practice patience when expecting an item within a certain time frame. We will do everything in our power to ship your item as soon as possible, but there can be delays during busy periods depending on shipping methods and product availability.
